This is a 3-month intensive and intentional one-on-one coaching session that is specifically tailored to helping you achieve your health and personal goals.
You will learn to create better eating habits, build self determination, sleep better, gain confidence to execute all your plans/tasks, achieve your full potential and become a healthier version of yourself.
The 6-week L.E.A.N Start coaching session is tailored towards families, but can be attended by individuals as well.
The goal of the session is to educate and inform participants about simple techniques they can implement in their everyday lives to help develop and maintain a lifestyle of healthy eating and exercise habits, as well as positively impact and improve their overall health.
This is the group coaching variant of the 1:1 coaching, for people that thrive in group settings for community and support.
